Cependant, avec l\u2019introduction de la nouvelle plateforme nationale d&rsquo;authentification des appels d\u2019urgence (MAN), ces anciens num\u00e9ros ne sont plus autoris\u00e9s. Le <strong>0 800 112 112<\/strong> s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche de s\u00e9curisation des communications, supervis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ARCEP et le CCED, et s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans le cadre juridique d\u00e9fini par la <strong>loi n\u00b02020-901 du 24 juillet 2020<\/strong>, qui vise \u00e0 lutter contre les appels frauduleux et \u00e0 renforcer la protection des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment \u00e7a fonctionne ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous contactez un num\u00e9ro d\u2019urgence (17, 18, 112 ou 197), les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 vous rappeler pour obtenir des informations compl\u00e9mentaires, comme une pr\u00e9cision sur l\u2019adresse ou des d\u00e9tails suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la situation. Ces rappels se feront uniquement via le <strong>0 800 112 112<\/strong>. Si vous ne pouvez pas r\u00e9pondre imm\u00e9diatement, un message vocal vous orientera vers le service d&rsquo;urgence appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de noter que ce num\u00e9ro ne remplace pas les num\u00e9ros d&rsquo;urgence habituels, tels que le 18 ou le 112, mais il est exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux rappels.
